    Book project based on an idea by Mario Vigl for the 100th anniversary of BayWa AG. Founded in Munich in 1923 as an agricultural company, today, a hundred years later, BayWa AG is a global corporation that secures supplies and drives innovation in the areas of food, housing and energy. This book is dedicated to those who make BayWa what it is: the employees. I was allowed to photograph all of these 100 portraits worldwide in 2022. A total of 440 photos on over 400 pages in a book that was printed on apple paper and weighs four kilograms. Designed by Florin Preussler with texts by Anna Hausmann, Niclas Seydack, Michael Cornelius and Mario Vigl.
